Network Operating Centre

The Institute's Network Operating Centre was created in January 1998. It is Housed at the ground floor of the S.T.E Faculty's Computer Centre and is responsible for the proper function of the Institute's communications network, and for the telematic services it offers its users.

Webmail

All permanent and regular scientific and Administrative personnel of the Institute have the right to an E-mail acount (provided they have physical access to the Institute's network). Visit Webmail web site

e-Class

The GUNet e-Class platform is a full electronic teaching control system and comprizes the Academic Internet's proposal for the support of Asynchronous e-Learing Service.

Tele-education

In the Institute within the Bussiness Plan of the Information Society, a Tele-education lecture theater has been created and operating since 2004.It is housed in the small amphitheatre and provides to the members of the academic community asynchronus and synchronous teleteaching services. It can also support the production and distribution of digital educational material and the videorecording of lectures, events, and other activities as well that take place in the Institute within the Frame of the goals and purposes of its operation.
