The Administrative Organs consist of the "Institute's Assembly " and the "Institute's Council ".

The Assembly consists of the President, Vice President, the Faculties Directors the Department supervisors a d.p representative an E.T.P. representative student representatives that account for 50% of the Assembly's other members with the exception of the President and Vice President that are E,P and E.E.P members and finally the Secretary General.Secretarial duties for the Assembly are performed by an Administrative clerk of the A.T section that is defined by the act of the President

The Council consists of the President (Prof. Georgopoulos Theofanis PhD), the Vice Presidents (Prof. Tambakas Basilios PhD, Prof. Marios Xtaziprokopiou PhD), The Schools Directors (Prof. Maria Papadimitriou PhD - SEYP Director, Prof. Anastasios Panagopoulos PhD, SDO Director, Prof. Apostolos Yfantis PhD STE Director ) and one student representative. The Secretary General also takes part in the Council (Hariklia Frgaouli) with a restricted vote limited to the subjects of the Departments he supervises
