1. the Academic Asylum Committee is tribunal and consists of the Institute's President or his legal substitute as President, a common E.P and E.E.P representative and a student representative.The e.p, e.e.p and student representatives along with their substitutes are elected by the e.p e.e.p and student representatives respectively and take part in the institute's assembly.

2. The Academic Asylum Committee can ask for or allow the use of Police Force in the Institute's premises. In such case the decision must be anonymous. Otherwise or if the Committee doesn't convene as a whole an urgent assembly of the board is being called. The final decision to be taken must have two thirds (2/3) majority of the members present.
