Principals comprise of the "President", the "Vice President of Academic Affairs " and "Vice President of Financial Planning ".

The President Represents and manages the TEI in collaboration to the Council.

The President in case of absence is being substituted by the Vice President.The latter has a supportive role to the Presidents duties and is responsible for Institutional matters of study.He also runs all jurisdiction that have been bestowed upon him by the President.
